As a man, I enjoyed the presence of a male facilitator who was well worked and experienced in meditation, silence, stillness. The gentleness and firmness that also radiated from his voice, Zsolt's voice, how he asked questions, offered guidance, uttering key sentences and words, all gave me personally and the whole group a beneficial experience. It moved me deeply and had a strong impact. I had attended group constellations before, but this was my first individual session, with you. I knew the method worked. However, I didn’t expect to find peace not only in relation to my father, but also with all those I had resented or been angry with. These feelings and states have disappeared from the level of my heart. If I were to describe it metaphorically, I’d say that anger, resentment, and hurt (regardless of who they were directed toward) have moved out of the space of the heart and now only linger on the edge of consciousness. I was terribly afraid, I am not sure why. My father broke his pelvis bone, he could not move and we were kind of forced to spend a lot of time together. It was a challenging period and we had many deep and difficult conversations but I think it helped a lot. Last month I was there again and we had such an easy connection for the first time since my adolescence.
