Constellations - A short exercise

A short exercise you can do here and now:

As a parent, I will always remain my child's father, just as he, as a child, will always be my son, our son. If you are also a parent, tell him: Thank you, my dear son/daughter, you made me a parent, I became a parent because of you. I learned what it means to be a father/mother through your existence. And since you probably come from parents too, you can say to them: My dear mother and father, I am a child because of you, thank you. ❤️ 🙏 ✨
