Guided deep relaxation Yoga Nidra with Tibetan Singing Bowls and ocean sounds. We practice staying awake, conscious AND totally relaxed at the same time in #shavasana (lie on the back with the legs spread as wide as the yoga mat and arms relaxed to the side, and the eyes closed).
Prepare your SANKALPA before starting the practice: a sankalpa is a short affirmation of a personal wish, decision or vow, the desire of our heart – something that can propel us forward in our personal evolution and will not harm anyone. For example: to make a change in our lifestyle, to change a negative habit into a positive one, to get through a physical, mental or emotional obstacle that you’re facing now or if you simply want to learn something new.
